The Milford Enhancement Committee was formed in 1997 by a group of local citizens whose collective dream is to improve the streetscape and pedestrian ambiance of the community in order to cause our county seat to be a better place to live, visit, and do business.

Blue Stone Gallery
The BlueStone Gallery provides a prime space for the exhibition and sale of the best artwork by the finest artists living and working in the Pike County/Hudson Valley region. We named the Gallery after the indigenous stone of the region.
Golden Fish
The Golden Fish Gallery features fine arts and crafts. Opened in 1997 by the father and son team of John and Edwin Longendorfer, the gallery is truly a family affair and features their works. John and Edwin create fantasy art in pen and ink, watercolor, acrylics, and in a variety of mixed media.
Highlands Photographic Guild
The Highlands Photographic Guild was established as a cooperative gallery for contemporary photographers to exhibit and sell their work. The gallery provides a gathering place for working artists and the public to share information with the photographic community in a creative environment.
Hudson River School Collection at the Hotel Fauchere
Throughout the Hotel Fauchère, there are a number of Hudson River School paintings on display. The Hudson River School is a term used to describe a wave of American landscape painting that started early in the 19th century. As the young American nation began to look westward for expansion, the New World paradise was starting to be forever altered by development.
Peters Valley Store & Gallery
The gallery hosts solo and group, themed exhibitions on a rotating basis throughout the year. The gallery also offers a preview of the fine craft auction pieces which are auctioned off at our annual auction and benefit dinner fundraiser in November.Our retail store showcases the work of over 300 artists from across the country.

Owned and operated by a cooperative of successful and emerging artists and artisans from the Tri-State area. Their work is shown in galleries throughout the US and Europe, in such cities as New York, San Francisco, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Philadelphia, Providence, and Paris

Audubon Art & Craft Festival
Crafts exhibitors and artists will be coming from 13 states and Canada. They will be demonstrating and selling their unique and original work. Pottery, woodworking, fine glass work, woodcarving, leathercarving, sheepskin, wheatweaving and metalworking are just a few of the crafts you will see at the Audubon Art and Crafts Festival.
Black Bear Film Festival
Black Bear’s mandate is compelling ... its programming unique ... and its coordinators comprised of influential, thought-leading individualists who would rather face death than sacrifice the integrity of a film or venue.
Milford Music Festival Music in the Park
Milford Borough’s Music in the Park Summer Concert Series is an annual free community oriented summer concert series, sponsored by Milford Borough, Milford area businesses and private sponsors. The series takes place in Milford Borough’s Memorial Park, a beautiful daytime venue offering residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy some of the areas many talented performing musicians.

Established in 1906, Fretta's is the oldest pork store in America. An authentic salumeria specializing in the finest homemade and imported Italian food products. The first Fretta "Pork Store" was opened in Little Italy, New York City. Looking for a place to raise his family and operate his business, Joseph, along with his wife Denice and their two sons, relocated to Milford, Pennsylvania in 1998.

Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area
For 40 miles the Middle Delaware River passes between low forested mountains with barely a house in sight. Then the river cuts through the mountain ridge to form the famed "Water Gap." Exiting the park, the river will run 200 miles more to Delaware Bay at Wilmington, Delaware, and then to the Atlantic Ocean.
Dingmans Falls & Visitor Center PA
The visitor center and the falls are at the end of a 1-mile approach road off Johnny Bee Road, which intersects PA Rt. 209 near milepost 14, just south of the traffic light at PA Routes 209 & 739 in Dingmans Ferry PA.
Grey Towers National Historic Site
Grey Towers is the ancestral home of Gifford Pinchot, first chief of the US Forest Service and twice Governor of Pennsylvania. Today Grey Towers serves as a conservation education and leadership center, with programs that interpret the lives of the Pinchot family.
Pocono Environmental Ed Ctr. PA (PEEC)
